Evidian Enterprise SSO
Enterprise SSO is a single sign-on (SSO) solution for medium to large organizations developed by Evidian, Europe’s largest identity and access management vendor. Once the user is authenticated, Enterprise SSO handles all password tasks in the background, including application login and password change.
Enterprise SSO works with all applications, whether based on Windows, web pages, Java, Citrix or terminal emulation. It does not require any modification to these applications. To facilitate security audits, it logs all application accesses in a central location.
The solution can be deployed in few days. Enterprise SSO is non-intrusive and uses the organization’s existing LDAP directory. You do not need to redefine access rights: actual accesses will be collected and reinforced.

SafeSign Identity Client and Evidian Enterprise SSO
Enterprise SSO works with SafeSign Identity Client (IC) to provide a seamless experience for the user. From initial login to application access, SafeSign IC is the single authentication point to access all resources.
While Enterprise SSO typically handles login invisibly, it can request re-authentication with SafeSign IC when launching sensitive applications. This can even be done from within applications, when performing critical tasks such as document signing.
When mobile users use their SafeSign-supported device at any point in the intranet, Enterprise SSO recognizes that device and provides users access to their applications. It can even store SSO data on SafeSign-supported devices for maximal mobility.
Enterprise SSO handles card management features together with SafeSign IC. In addition, users who lose their PIN code can still get access: Enterprise SSO can provide Q&A-based login reset, even offline.
Enterprise SSO takes advantage of advanced features of SafeSign IC such as biometrics, including match-on-card.
