A.E.T. Europe provides online support for its products from Monday through Friday to customers and partners with a valid support contract.
Please note that we can only take into account support requests for problems that have been experienced on a clean machine, i.e. a computer on which no other middleware or drivers for other tokens have been installed.

- Which Operating System is used;
- A description of the error (if possible, with screenshots);
- What was done to try and solve the problem.
Maintenance & Support Policy SafeSign IC
Maintenance & Support for SafeSign IC is not included in the one time license fee for SafeSign IC. It can be purchased for one or several years within 90 days after purchasing the SafeSign IC one time license or expiration of the previous maintenance & Support contract.
In addition to keeping you current with the latest product features and software updates and upgrades, purchasing your SafeSign IC Maintenance & Support contract in time can save you money!
If there is no valid SafeSign IC Maintenance & Support contract on your SafeSign IC product licence or it has expired within 1 to 90 days, you have to buy new SafeSign IC one time licenses according to the list price in addition to purchasing a one-year SafeSign IC Maintenance & Support renewal contract.
